These terms apply when you visit oliviaflores.com and when you place an order with us. By using our website or buying from us, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Please read the section on dispute resolution carefully, because it affects how any disagreement between us is handled.

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian. By ordering you confirm that the information you give us is accurate and that you are able to enter into a contract with us.

You may use our website for your own personal, non commercial use. You may not scrape, copy or resell our content, our product data or our images, and you may not use automated systems to place orders or collect information from the site.

Electronic communications:
When you order from us or email us, you agree to receive communications from us electronically. Order confirmations, shipping updates and any notice we are required to give you are sent by email, and that satisfies any legal requirement that a communication be in writing.

Products and images:
Our photography is intended to show each item as accurately as possible. Colors can look different from screen to screen, and small variations in finish, fit and measurement are normal in clothing. Descriptions and measurements are given in good faith and are approximate.

Availability and quantity limits:
All products are subject to availability. We may limit the quantity of any item per person, per household or per order, and we may discontinue a product at any time. If an item turns out to be unavailable after you order, we let you know and issue a full refund, or ship an alternative if you agree to it.

Prices:
All prices are shown in US dollars. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order we have already accepted. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Sales tax:
Where sales tax applies to your order, it is calculated and shown at checkout based on your shipping address.

Payment:
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout and in our footer. Payment must be completed in full before your order is dispatched. By submitting payment details you confirm you are authorised to use that payment method.

Order acceptance:
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed once we send you an order confirmation. We may decline an order, for example when a product is unavailable, when there is a pricing error, when we cannot ship to your address, or when we suspect fraud or a breach of these terms.

Cancellation:
You can cancel free of charge within 12 hours of placing your order by emailing support@oliviaflores.com with your order number. After that your order may already be in processing, but you can still return it once it arrives.

Shipping, delivery and risk:
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs or other events outside our control. Ownership and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier delivers your parcel to the address you gave us. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

Returns and refunds:
Returns and refunds are handled under our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Chargebacks and fraud:
If a chargeback is filed on an order we have shipped, we may provide the carrier and delivery evidence to your card issuer, and we may refuse future orders. Please contact us first, because almost every issue is solved faster by email than by your bank.

Promotions and discount codes:
Discount codes are valid for the period stated, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be combined with other offers unless we say so. We may withdraw a promotion at any time, and we may cancel orders where a code has been used in a way it was not intended.

Gift cards:
Gift cards can be used only on oliviaflores.com, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be returned or refunded.

Accuracy of our content:
Our site may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions or availability. We may correct these and update information at any time without notice.

Acceptable use:
You may not use our website for any unlawful purpose, to infringe our intellectual property, to harass or discriminate against anyone, to submit false information, to upload malicious code, or to interfere with the security of the site.

Intellectual property:
All content on this website, including text, photography, graphics and our name and logo, belongs to Olivia Flores or is used under license. You may not copy, reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission.

Content you submit:
If you send us reviews, photos or other content, you give us a non exclusive, royalty free, worldwide right to use and publish it in connection with our store. You remain responsible for what you submit and confirm you have the right to share it. We may remove content that is unlawful, offensive or misleading.

Feedback:
If you send us ideas or suggestions about our products or our store, we are free to use them without any obligation to you.

Third party links:
Our site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content, their products or their privacy practices.

Disclaimer:
Our website and products are provided on an as is and as available basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, except where the law does not allow this to be excluded.

Events outside our control:
We are not responsible for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, carrier disruption, war, pandemics or government action.

Resolving a dispute:
If something goes wrong, email support@oliviaflores.com first. We take customer complaints seriously and almost everything is resolved within a few days. If we cannot solve it together within 30 days, either of us may take the matter further.

Governing law:
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Lee County, Florida. This does not affect the consumer rights you have under the law of the state where you live.

Termination:
We may refuse service or close access to our site at our discretion, for example after a breach of these terms. The sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and indemnity continue to apply after that.

Assignment:
You may not transfer your rights under these terms to anyone else. We may transfer ours, for example if our business is sold, as long as your rights are not reduced.

No waiver:
If we do not enforce part of these terms straight away, that does not mean we give up the right to enforce it later.

If part of these terms cannot be enforced:
If any part of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that part is limited or removed to the smallest extent necessary and the rest stays in full force.

Entire agreement:
These terms, together with our Refund & Return Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy, make up the whole agreement between you and us about your use of this website and any order you place.

Changes to these terms:
We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page with the date it was last updated. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated version.
